This year, we’re honoring those amazing individuals who are making a difference in the mental health industry—whether providing direct support or advocating for change behind the scenes. Heroes don’t always wear capes—sometimes they wear a warm smile or a listening ear. 😎💬


This star-studded charity fundraiser event is all about giving back and raising money for the Phinny Foundation launching Jan 2025, which helps kids who age out of the foster care system and gives them the tools to build their futures and thrive! 💪🏽✨ These kids deserve a chance to succeed and be heroes in their own lives! 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️


Let’s face it: mental health matters! It’s time to have some real talk about how we take care of ourselves and each other. Whether you’re in the mental health profession or just someone who supports the cause, YOU are a hero! 🙌❤️
